I reconcile our credit card statements usually as soon as a statement is ready. It takes only a few
minutes to go through the steps, which are as follows:
1. On the credit card website:
○ Download the statement transactions in a .CSV transaction file.
○ Display the statement in my browser for reference.
2. Open the downloaded transaction file in the Credit Card Activity window to correct any
errors or omissions.
