The information that you enter in PerNetFlow about your household finances is organized
horizontally in your cashflow spreadsheet into the groups from the model of personal finance
that was discussed in Chapter 4.
1. Incomes - automatically calculated receipts that are expected to be deposited into the
cashflow space's checking account
2. Allowance set asides - automatically calculated amounts being set aside for your future
weekly allowance
3. Bill payments - automatically scheduled bill and pseudo bill payments
4. Credit card payments - payments you have scheduled for future statements
5. Sinking fund set asides - automatically calculated set-asides to sinking fund ledgers
6. Saving set asides - automatically scheduled set-asides to short-term saving ledgers
In this sample spreadsheet, all of the cashflow groups are summarized to one row. Each of the
summarized groups can be expanded to show the entire group in detail as shown below in the
spreadsheet options.
