Spreadsheet options
The number of columns showing in a spreadsheet determines how much information will be
included in features such as charts, row totals, printing, and exporting. Other options let you drill
down into the detail, analyze row totals as well as print or export the spreadsheet.
Number of columns
You can set the number of columns displayed from one to
twelve months. I normally have mine set to nine months.
Expand/subtotal
The amount of detail shown in the spreadsheet is changed by
expanding and subtotalling the spreadsheet groups.
● All subtotaled groups or individual groups can be expanded:
○ on the Spreadsheet > Expand submenu,
○ using the assigned shortcut keys, or
○ right-clicking on group headers in the spreadsheet.
● All expanded groups or individual groups can be subtotaled:
○ on the Spreadsheet > Subtotal submenu,
○ using the assigned shortcut key, or
○ right-clicking on group or bill headers to open a pop-up menu.
