Including items in your spreadsheet
When you add or edit a cashflow item, you have the option to include or not include the item in
your spreadsheet.
● Included items show in your spreadsheet and affect your net cashflow.
● Items that are not included do not show in your spreadsheet and are not a part of your net
cashflow calculation.
Being able to easily show and hide spreadsheet items is useful when:
● You want to temporarily stop the setting aside of money to a sinking fund or savings
ledger. The balance in the sinking fund or savings ledger is not affected.
When a sinking fund is again included in your spreadsheet, the monthly set-aside
amounts are recalculated to meet your goal amount on time.
