Using a Contact Info window is optional. None of the information entered and saved in a Bill
Contact Info dialog box, including account numbers and passwords, is used for any purpose by
PerNetFlow.
If you use PerNetFlow to work with clients, I recommend that you not add any bill contact
information that you do not want to share with a client.
Day-to-day
It could take a year or more before you have all of your bills added to your spreadsheet.
Infrequent payments, such as magazine and digital subscriptions, can be difficult to identify until
you receive the next bill.
Once you have your bills entered:
● the major activity will be to adjust the next payment amount when you receive a bill;
● less frequently you will edit bills when the company changes the payment amount.
Playing "What If?" with your bills could happen when:
● you are contemplating taking on a new loan;
● you want to accelerate paying off debt;
● you want to see how your net cashflow will be affected by stopping or adding a bill.
You will pay bills twice each month on your spreadsheet column dates. How long it will take for
you to pay bills depends on the payment methods you use. The more automatic your payments,
the less time you will spend paying bills.
