Clicking on the alert message opens the Credit Card Payments window. A red number shows in
the Unbal Amt column for all credit cards that are out of balance.
Double clicking on a row with an Unbal Amt displays the Credit Card Payment Schedule for that
credit card. When two Scheduled statements are listed, new charges are added to the bottom
statement. Refunds are subtracted from the top Scheduled statement.
This is where having your credit card payment due days in sync with your spreadsheet column
days (discussed in Chapter 6) simplifies the addition of charges and refunds.
