Cloning a cashflow space
To create a duplicate, or clone, of a cashflow space in PerNetFlow:
1. Back up the cashflow space being cloned. (Always do a new backup for cloning. Using
an older backup could cause the Auto Deposit to duplicate prior deposits.)
2. Add a new cashflow space.
3. Restore the new cashflow space from the backup taken in Step 1.
In the cloned cashflow space, the Auto Deposit feature may display the Deposit dialog box for
deposits that were already entered in the cashflow space that is being cloned. Close the Deposit
dialog box without clicking on the OK button.

Cloning an income or bill in your
spreadsheet is done in the Clone
Income or Clone Bill dialog boxes.
All that’s needed is a name for the
clone.
